Privacy and Related Issues With Your Personal Information-Overall Policy
Your information is never sold or shared with anyone outside Excel 365 Solutions or Accounting Education Institute, our parent organization. We get requests for collaboration with other organizations and websites who many times request this information. We do not share this with them, nor have we ever in the past.
Payments by Credit Card
We use an independent outside credit card processor and, as such, have no access to your credit card information.
Email Marketing
We do substantially all of our marketing with web-based tools including email services. The services, currently Amazon Web Services (AWS), are very secure and, in our opinion, have very little or no risk of breach. The only information stored is First and Last Name, Company Name and email address. You may receive additional email messages for upcoming website updates, events or certain follow-up. You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list, by clicking on Unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by including unsubscribe as the topic in a Reply email.
Refund Policy
Purchase of Excel Solution Files-If you’re not satisfied with the content, we’ll refund your purchase price in full if requested by you within three (3) days of purchase.
Purchase of Video Access-If you’re not satisfied with the content, we’ll refund your purchase price in full if requested by you within three (3) days of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny the refund request if we suspect abuse (usually multiple purchases with subsequent refund request).
While we issue your refund timely, depending on your credit card company, refunds can take between 2-5 business days to be reflected on your debit or credit card account.
Marketing and Attendee Database
Your Subscribed information is added to our AWS database with some information stored online in our ShareFile/Citrix server.
